BS Care Ltd is a reliable independent provider of care to the community for adults of all ages.

We provide a range of homecare and support services to individuals who live in Hampshire & West Sussex; including Bognor Regis, Chichester, Cosham, Emsworth, Fishbourne, Havant, Petersfield, Portsmouth, Southsea, Waterlooville & surrounding areas.

Having formed in 1996 we are able to provide a consistently high level of care, now and in the future. We provide flexible, person centered care and support that meets the individuals needs and wishes. Our aim is to provide support that contributes positively to many aspects of our clients lives from practical support with personal care to assistance in pursuing leisure activities.

We understand the need for independence, dignity, respect, safety and choice and can provide any level of assistance from general needs to high dependency care.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and the United Kingdom Home Care Association. BS Care Ltd employs a caring and friendly team of staff from Care Workers to office staff – all working together to achieve a reliable quality service able to meet the needs of our clients.

Our Team Leaders & Care Workers are dedicated to a geographic area to ensure that all clients receive a responsive quality service. To ensure continual quality our Team Leaders supervise our Care Workers and meet with the regularly to ensure that training and development needs are met. Care Workers performance is monitored and encouraged through regular supervision, appraisal and field reports.

Our Care Staff are provided with a comprehensive training programme and all staff are encouraged and supported to achieve an NVQ qualification. The majority of our staff hold the NVQ 2 award and are working towards NVQ 3.

All newly recruited staff are CRB checked.
