Job Description
Marketing Executive, Croydon
A leading Publisher is looking to expand its in house marketing team and recruit a Marketing Executive. This will be a very hands on role dealing with all aspects of marketing within the company. Ideal candidates will have worked in a marketing environment for at least 18 months. (Marketing degree a plus but not essential)
Role Responsibilities include
Develop marketing plans for each product/brand in co-ordination with the Marketing Manager.
Manage the annual marketing campaigns to attract and renew controlled circulation readers per product.
Manage the circulation audit process and liaise with the ABC and circulation bureau to ensure circulation targets are met.
Manage marketing campaigns to attract paying subscribers and keep existing customers; manage renewal and lapsed campaigns.
Manage marketing campaigns to promote awards and conferences.
Manage marketing campaigns to support the sales teams with advertiser, sponsorship and table sales communications including media packs, adverts, email shots etc.
Develop strategies for data acquisition and perform data analysis.
Maintain regular reporting on activity, response rates, targets and KPIs and suggest ways in which rates can be sustained and improved.
Develop the company’s PR activity and maintain PR data.
Help develop new routes to market for instance through the use of digital marketing and social media activities.
Update brand web sites with promotional copy on a regular basis.
