Job Description
My client is seeking a part time sales administrator to work 3 days a week (Wed 1/2 a day, Thursday & Friday) at their offices in Sutton.
They are looking for someone to start next week on a temp basis, which will be reviewed after a couple of months with the possibility of the hours increasing to 5 days a week.
The company are a leading supplier to the building industry and you will be assisting in selling through their ecommerce website.
This is an office-based role dealing with orders both online and phone enquires.
You will be working within their friendly sales team. Your responsibilities will include, first line communications with both customers and suppliers through both email & phone. Processing web orders, creating purchase orders and liaising with the distribution centre.
Computer literacy, good communication skills & the ability to multi task are essential. Previous experience on Sage would be advantageous.
The hourly rate is between £8.80 and £10 per hour depending on experience.
