Job Description
Our client, a leading Insurance provider, is looking for an experienced Team Leader for their Customer Services division.
We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader with previous experience working in Financial Services and/or Insurance, managing, motivating and developing large teams of administrators, underwriters and customer service professionals.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivering of services to selected distributors and customers and maintaining strong working relationships.
Ensuring that training and development plans are monitored and maintained for the team and that team members are highly motivated, well trained and are able to deliver market-leading service.
You will be responsible for developing, coaching and appraising team members in line with Company practice e.g. performance and salary management and conducting one to one interviews.
To keep abreast of legislation, products, marketing, e-Business and IT trends and changes affecting protection, investment and pension products.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required, combined with a flexible working attitude and an approachable manner. You must be adaptable to change and have an energetic approach in order to keep teams motivated.
Salary: c£28-33k (negotiable)
