Job Description
Excellent opportunity to join a leading Insurance provider new to the Reigate area, offering first rate training, benefits, study sponsorship and long term career progression.
As a Pricing Analyst you will Monitor and analyse the performance of the companies Insurance products, you will identify opportunities to grow business through pricing changes and support the underwriting teams by recommending new, enhanced or amended rules and product covers. With experience in pricing personal lines products, you must be adept at using ITspreadsheets and databases and eager to learn new systems.
You will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a personal lines pricing environment.
A sound understanding of pricing and underwriting principles.
A good working knowledge of the personal lines market with an awareness of the market and legal/industry developments.
Highly computer literate, able to use spreadsheets, databases and learn new systems. In-depth experience of Excel and Access.
Working knowledge of Emblem and SAS.
A high degree of numeracy with good statistical skills to analyse trends and understand modeling techniques.
Study towards ACII preferred.
Salary £26,000-35,000+ DOE
