Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading insurance provider; working in their professional customer service division. You will become a valued member of the team; consistently delivery a high quality of customer service across a whole range of products, managing a range of customer requests and enquiries, achieving volume targets and motivating and supporting other team members.
You must be able to achieve objectives in a high pressure, fast-changing environment; be persistent and self motivated with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Candidates must be customer focused, adaptable, strong team players and confident when dealing with stressful situations.
This is an excellent position, offering ongoing training and support and individual development.
Good academic background required GCSE/A Level or equivalent (minimum) and it is essential that you have good experience working within Financial Services and/or Insurance in a customer service focused position.
