Business Improvement Manager
Excellent opportunity to join a world class insurance firm working with a growing division of Lean experts. This role will be integral to shaping the organisation\'s culture, and represents an opportunity to champion Lean thinking within a traditional and reputable firm.
Essential requirements:
* Significant track record initiating and implementing Lean projects
* Experience in a lead position, mentoring and coaching
* Experience dealing at a high organisational level
* Resilience, thick skin and the ability to work successfully a demanding environment
* Stakeholder Management skills at Director level
* Educated to Bachelors level at a reputable University
