Job Description

Financial Analyst - Retail Scope. They believe disabled people should have the same opportunities as everyone else. They run services and campaigns with disabled people to make this happen. With an annual income of around £100m, they are an ambitious and dynamic charitable organisation with a clear vision, and currently require a Senior Finance Analyst to work with the Retail function to support them and realise this vision. Duties and responsibilities: Evaluation of current and future developments in relation to financial and business strategies related to the retail division. Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process within the division. The development of systems and reports to enable more efficient reporting and analysis, and a deeper understanding of performance trends and dynamics. Providing advice, guidance and training to budget holders and other retail staff. The management and motivation of two Financial Analysts. Ad Hoc analysis and project work including financial modelling and project appraisal. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA). Strong knowledge of financial and management accounts. Strong analytical skills with experience of investment appraisal and other analytical techniques. Advanced Excel skills with experience of developing financial models. A highly customer focussed self starter.
