A world renowned asset manager, with a heavy presence in the private equity and investment advisory space, is looking to bring on board a high calibre European Financial Controller to ensure robust corporate reporting within all Pan-European entities. Here the successful candidate will lead a team of up to ten individuals to deliver key corporate financial deliverables under UK GAAP and IFRS (and other local GAAPs), as well as developing core requirements in offices across the continent. This role will require constant contact with senior management, up to board level, and you will be tasked to assist in the furthering the already impressive growth figures. This is a hands on role, requiring improvement of systems, processes and controls as well as all of the above and will require a driven individual.

Due to the high profile nature of the position we are looking for the highest calibre candidate. Past experience has shown that those best suited to this position will have an impeccable academic record, with a professional accountancy qualification (eg ACA or equivalent) and extensive exposure to leading large successful teams within the private equity/financial services space. Exposure to UK GAAP and IFRS is critical, as is hands on regulatory reporting exposure, and knowledge of LLP structuring would be a massive advantage in your application.
